I bought a new Canyon at Barker and after having it for a few days I found some paint defects. Barker found me a replacement truck at another dealership, got GM to throw in money to cover the trade-in cost and put me in a new truck with very little cost. GREAT SERVICE!

Service has deteriorated at this location. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation at 8 AM. I arrived at 7:50. At 8:30, I checked with Tony (who I checked in with because Caleb was not in) and he said it would be ready a little before 9. I let him know that I had a 9:00 appointment some place else. Then I paid, to save that time. I was told I needed an new air filter and cabin filter. I did not have time.

I bought a new 2026 GMC Canyon from Barker Motor Co and a few days later found 3 paint defects. That was obviously very disappointing and even after it was repainted I was not satisfied. Who wants a brand new truck with 300 miles that has to be repainted. I contacted GM customer satisfaction several times and they were understanding but unwilling to help. Had a problem with a particle filter that they were able to diagnose and fix in an afternoon. Problem was resolved and error did not recur.

Yes they fixed the issue took almost a month AND took to their dealer that created the problem against MY specific request not too. Yet dont think they are obligated to refund part of the purchase price of 10% min.
Offered a couple oil changes I countered with 1500.
That was almost a week ago. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM SINCE..

The dealer is punctual and provides quality work. I would highly recommend them for buying or servicing a car.
We had a successful experience purchasing three used work trucks from Brian. He was thorough and willing to work with us on a few minor items of repair before taking delivery. We were happy with how it came together. Lastly, Matt in Finance was super polite and efficient.
The staff is always pleasant. The only issue I had this time was the length of time I was there waiting for an oil change. It was over on hour which seemed too long.
Misty was great very helpful and gave me great help in understanding the different vehicle abilities.

Had a great experience buying a used vehicle at Barker Buick GMC Cadillac. Drake, our salesman, was fantastic. There was zero pressure and we felt well-respected. They gave us a fair trade-in value for our vehicle. We were in and out in about an hour and the process with simple and painless. Kori was also very friendly and welcomed us when we arrived. Definitely was not the "usual" expected negative car buying experience--would definitely buy from here again.
Staff was friendly and helpful. They treated me fairly and worked with my needs. Everything I asked they were willing to answer and look into.

Overall the experience was good, however, when I got there the main guy at the desk was on a call with a customer and multiple other guys came through and no one talked to me. Finally a guy came in and asked if I was the 3:00 appt for an oil change and said in the future I should pull my car in the bay. I had not been told that in the past so I was unaware.

My tires were rotated and the wheel has been shaking terribly ever since! The lug nuts were not tightened so we tightened those today and hoping that takes care of the vibration! There was no vibration before rotation.

So so. I told them what hose was bad and I had warranty. They charged me$100 to agree the hose was bad but warranty would not cover it. I would have rather known warranty would not cover before they charged me the$100 to agree with me. They were polite though.

We purchased an approximately 36,000-mile Cadillac XT6 from Barker Motor Company that was represented as being in great condition. The vehicle still displayed a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned sticker at the time of our test drive, and the Carfax report showed it had been certified by a Cadillac dealership shortly before being sold to BMC. Based on these representations, the dealership’s assurances, and the active bumper-to-bumper warranty, we reasonably relied on the condition of the vehicle when making our purchase.
